Minister of the Week
2025 Minister of the Week
The Minister of the Week (MOW), is asked to lead our morning chapel services during Arts. She will also be there to speak with any Arts attendee who may be in need of guidance. For 2025, our Steering Committee unanimously voted to ask Rev. Sarah Hurley to join us in June.
Rev. Sarah Hurley is a life long Unitarian Universalist. As of 2022, she is an ordained Interfaith and Interspiritual Minister. Sarah writes: “My mission is to encourage individuals to identify ways to integrate their own relationship with spirituality into their daily lives, through expression of joy, love, compassion, peace, and wonder. As an Interfaith and Interspiritual Minister I find great satisfaction in curating different spiritual experiences and practices for people. By no means do I know everything about all religions, but my curiosity continues to lead me into more wonderful learning opportunities and engagement with others. I view my leadership role more as a steward for interconnection as I relish in co-creating sacred moments and sharing silly fun in community.”
A graduate of All Paths Divinity School in California Sarah also has degrees from Berklee College of Music and Tufts University. She was a professional musician and this helps fuel her passion for creativity and improvisation in her life.
